Dilly Gent
Dilly specializes in conceptualizing, developing and producing original content, from environmental films, music videos, TV shows and visuals.
-
Whether she is working with an artist or a brand, she helps uncover the central idea, define the creative world around it, bring together the right collaborators, and see it through from concept to completion
Known for connecting artists, filmmakers, designers, photographers and creative innovators, Dilly builds bespoke teams around every project. Equally comfortable developing an idea from its earliest stages and overseeing its execution, she creates an environment where exceptional people can do their best work while ensuring every detail remains true to the original vision.

After launching her career in London as creative director and video commissioner at Parlophone Records, Dilly gained a reputation for seamlessly matching artists with directors and helping define the visual language of music videos.
Dilly spent 17 years as Radiohead’s Creative Director, earning a Grammy Nomination for the feature length documentary “Meeting People Is Easy” and numerous additional awards for the music videos.
Dilly’s love for the film side of music naturally moved into TV. Along with music producer Nigel Godrich, Dilly created and produced From The Basement a global music TV series featuring artists such as Thundercat, Jack White, Radiohead & Red Hot Chili Peppers amongst others.
Dilly’s other but equal love is educating people about the environment through short entertaining content.
Dilly created 61 short films for Al Gore’s Live Earth campaign featuring directors from all over the world. While working on the campaign, Dilly discovered her deep love and concern for the environment, pushing her to create projects designed to deliver a green message through music and film.
